Thank You for offering this prayer request board. I am awaiting results from reference checks for a casual work position. If that comes through, then I can firm up training dates. And then I can line up additional work opportunities. I know God will provide as He sees fit. I am feeling not so confident about my problem solving and thinking through skills. Trauma leading to stress leave in Dec 2024 made part of my mind shut down. Asking for prayers that God helps all parts of my mind be re-engaged and work-ready.
Pray for one of my business contacts. Two years ago, he experienced the tragic loss of his new wife on their wedding night due to a freak accident. Not that she’ll ever stop meaning anything to him, but pray that God would comfort him, and that one way He’d do it is by him finding a new wife to love and that nothing bad happens to her or their marriage like the first one.
I need prayer. I’ve been at my new job for almost 9 months, but have figured out that the company misrepresented themselves in what they wanted of me. I’m also concerned that they’re going to try and make me move out of Phoenix, and my family and I are very happy here. Pray that I quickly find a new job that’s a better fit, is stable, and a good place to work and that I can work either in Phoenix area or remotely.

My husband lost his job, and I cannot work due to health issues. We are in danger of losing our house. My husband also is in the process of trying to heal a sexual addiction/and infidelity problem, and therefore can only work remotely from home where he can be kept the most accountable and away from as much temptation as possible. He really needs a remote job to best follow God while he heals. Please pray that he finds a full time remote job very soon, so we do not lose our house and have our credit affected.

I would like to humbly ask for your prayers for my mom in law, who has been in ICU since 4 April 2025. She was first admitted with a blood clot, and the doctors later investigated possible bone marrow cancer (which was thankfully ruled out). She also has a thyroid condition, but they have not been able to begin treatment for this due to a persistent and serious infection.
Last night (23 April), her condition worsened as her infection levels increased sharply, causing her heart rate to become dangerously high and irregular — a complication known as atrial fibrillation. The medical team made the decision to intubate her and place her on a ventilator to support her breathing and protect her lungs while they treat the infection.
The doctors are currently investigating three possible causes for the infection:
An infection in the abdomen, where swelling was already present and an ileus (intestinal blockage) was diagnosed.
An infection in the lungs.
A possible blood clot in the lungs (pulmonary embolism), though this is considered less likely because she is on blood thinners.
Specialists, including a cardiologist and a pulmonologist (lung specialist), are involved to ensure every aspect of her care is being managed with diligence.
At this stage, she is stable but remains intubated. The medical team is doing all they can, but we believe in the power of prayer and know that God’s hand is greater than any circumstance.
We ask that you please stand with us in prayer:

For strength, peace, and hope for our family through this time.

My friend’s have been mesn to me resently. They have been telling each other thing about me behind my back. And my best friend said that they were doings behind my back and I always feel left out. I cry sometimes when I really bothers me. I need someone to pray for me that they start being nice and that the Holy Spirit will come down upon them to make things right with me.

For the help I need at work while in a training period. That my trainer, who is new at her job, would not be condescending. That my supervisor, who is new at his job, would be supportive. That I wouldn’t be stressed and I would know what needs to be done each day. For me not to dread going to work.
My mum seems to have a lot of phlegm stuck in her throat..please pray it is cleared easily and she has the strength to cough it out and protection from infection and pneumonia. Thanks so much
