Will Stormie reply to my letter or email?

Stormie reads all of her mail. However, she now receives so much correspondence that she regrets she is unable to personally respond to it. Because so much of the mail she receives are requests for prayer, she has set up a prayer site so many people can be praying for one another’s needs. You can click on “Prayer Community” on the Navigation Bar at the top of the Home Page.

Do you accept offerings or donations?

Thank you for your kindness, but we do not accept offerings or donations. God has blessed Stormie’s ministry through her books. When people ask her what they can do to help her she says, “Please pray for me to have good health and a clear mind always. And if you would like to do more, please buy my books and read them or give them to others whom you believe would be blessed by them.”

I want to publish my own book. Does Stormie have any suggestions?

Stormie says, “When I was first starting out, I bought several books on writing and getting published and followed their instructions. I sent a Query Letter, the Table of Contents, the Introduction, and two chapters of the book I wrote to two Christian publishers that I admired. The books listed below will explain all this. They each followed up with interviews. My advice above all is to pray for the guidance of the Holy Spirit as you write and seek a publisher. God can open up doors that no one else can.”

Concerning publishing a book, the following information will be helpful to you. You can contact Christian Manuscript Submissions, the primary source for unsolicited manuscripts, at  ChristianBookProposals.com. They can also be reached via email at [email protected]. This is a cost-effective way to share your proposal with the member publishers of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association.

The Christian Writers Market Guide by Steve Laube of The Christian Writers Institute is another valuable help when searching for a publishing house. It also contains a list of literary agents. Purchase a copy at ChristianBook.com or other online retailers.

What about THE CHILD OF THE PROMISE musical?

Unfortunately, there are no current plans to release a DVD or to do a stage production and the record company never created any sheet music.
