After being told she had 6 months to live, we praise God that He blessed our mum with favour and has continued to use her as one of His instruments for the past 2 1/2 years. We thank Him for the many times we have seen His hand at work throughout her illness. We would ask for prayer for our family as we walk through what has been the most difficult part of her illness. Lord, please give us strength and wisdom as we enter what could be the final stage and for provision of resources to help us as we are overwhelmed and exhausted.
Either today or tomorrow is when my job offer letter is coming. This is needed because 1) My self-employed job is not making enough to pay our bills or mortgage 2) It's FAR too expensive to live in CO anymore 3) Our son has a brain cyst that requires his Mom to be home with him during treatment and 4) My wife's back injury flares constantly in the high altitude of Colorado. We need to move to Phoenix soon. Pray that my offer is (if possible) AT LEAST what I asked. That the challenges and work schedule would be within reason, have good benefits, sell our home, and be better off financially.
God please give me hope and the will to continue in life. My husband betrays we by going to his sister's house when ever we have an agreement about her. We are in the adoption process after 5+ years of infertility. The wait seems long, and sometimes the hope for a baby seems like a distant dream. We know God is faithful, but sometimes the wait can be hard. Please pray for the Lord to guide and bless us with a baby...that we could soon become parents. I am so sad. I left a job st hospital because I was unhappy. Now I’m in another one 8 moths, thought was doing great but was told yesterday I missed too much time because of my elderly mother. Protect her from all evil-illness-infection. Provide all her needs (healthy food). Protect me & my job. No one may harm-hurt me. Heal my mind-body-soul. Heal my fingers completely. I feel lost, I need direction and hope,when it comes to praying for my adult son. I want to pray and walk in love that comes from the Lord. I want to walk by faith and not by sight, but I have to confess I am weary. Please pray the Lord will empower me to pray for my son by the power of the Holy Spirit till victory comes. Please pray that my son will open the eyes of his heart to see Jesus, hear his calling and follow his leading.
I have 2 sons, ages 28 and 30. They are wonderful young men and would like to be married to a godly young woman. Neither have found a wife. There is such a feminist culture that it seems even harder now than just one generation back. We do go to a large church ( for a small town) but at their ages, the people have moved away or already married for the most part. Please pray that God would bring godly wives and good marriages to our sons. I have prayed since 2015 that God would please let it be this year. And now it is 2018. I am afraid that God is saying NO.

i want to praise and thank the lord for allowing the thieves who broke into my sister home while my mom was sleeping to leave her alone. my 95yr old mom has three strokes and uses a walker to get around the place. usually she is alone and sleeping while the family is at work. pray we can find who stole the checkbooks as my mom lives on social security income.
I've has a terrible few years at work and I am now seeking a new role. Please please please may my next move be the right one. May the salary be much better and may I be more engaged with the work.
I feel torn in two. On the one hand I want healing, renewed strength, and connection. On the other there is fear of letting go of things that bring some pleasure, but also pain. It’s sin. I know a double minded man is unstable. Please pray that I would see clearly and be decisive vs. wallowing.

She wonders why she can’t be “normal” like everyone else. I am a Christian and tried to raise my children that way but I was hypocrite. I’ve made so many bad mistakes and hurt my children along the way. I had lots of counseling, read books, been to conferences, had prayer, fasted But it does not take away the guilt that I feel. There are so many things that I should’ve done that I didn’t and so many things that I did that I shouldn’t have. I know what the Bible says about forgiveness and everything else. I can’t forgive myself when my children are suffering every day because of the choices that I made. I cry myself to sleep. I pray over my children all the time but I just have this hole in my heart that won’t go away.
Our son Bryan wants to move in with us after eight years of being on his own. This is the first time he’s asked us. He’s 26, suffering from anxiety and depression, and is addicted to drugs and alcohol. My husband and I need God’s wisdom and clarity on how to help him. We don’t want to enable him. We are asking God to show us and hope our son will get professional help too. Please pray for God’s will to be done in our lives.
