My dad has dementia and I am just now having to care for him 24/7.His wife is in the hospital. I did not realize how difficult he is now. I’m exhausted and need to find some help. I haven’t been able to work and it could be 2 more weeks before his wife comes home. I think his illness is what cause her to be hospitalized. She hasn’t been able to take care of herself. This message sounds a lot calmer than I feel. I’m so tired of him putting up a fight about everything. Not sure how much more I can take.
