Our 40 year old son has a drinking problem. He is a functioning alcoholic. It became excessive during Covid. He has a wife and two little girls. They have lived with us for two years. He has a job. He used to be very close to his father but my husband wants to control so now they barely speak. He was brought up to be caring, kind, loving, respectful, and responsible. Now he doesn’t communicate, appears depressed and shows no compassion towards his family. We’ve all tried to talk with him to try and understand why he drinks. We know it’s a disease, his father drinks and his grandfather drank. He’s been here two years, has not registered his SUV or made an effort to move. He drinks and drives with the kids in the car. I am overwhelmed with worry and have many sleepless nights. I don’t want him to hurt himself or anyone else. He has no health or car insurance. The kids act up and asks him about his drinking and his passing out. It does not seem to phase him. Please pray for him and us his family. Pray that he receives spiritual guidance and instruction to change his life around before he loses his wife & kids. I don’t want to give up on my only son. Sometimes I don’t know how to pray for him. Thank you for your prayers.

Scammers took all my money today. Money that my late wife and I gathered through the years for our retirement. Now I have lost her and now I have lost our nest egg and I do not know how long I will be living still. I am 67 years of age, there is no way I can build a nest egg again. I need prayer that somehow the bank will compensate me for my loss. Gather in prayer with me for this to happen. If not the future is bleak and I do not know what I am going to do. That my husband will be free from false teachings and become financially stable so he can become a holy spirit filled leader of our family. That my dad will develop a great love, knowledge and relationship with Jesus. That my family becomes free of pain and health problems, learns to communicate in healthy ways, and have healthy God loving people in their lives. And for my son Emmanuel that he has a change of heart permanently so that he uses his mouth and hands to express love and build people up thus attracting many good friends. Thank you for your help!!!

My son is an intelligent, God fearing and handsome 21 year old young man. He has been struggling with anxiety and depression for years. This and covid has affected his studies and he has become stagnant, unable to complete his final year of school. He has been put on medication for both and is being seen by a psychiatrist and a psychologist. The medication is mood stabilizers and ADD meds that have him at a constant low. He has become slow and is gaining weight. It is a vicious cycle of the more time that passes, the greater he feels like a failure and hopeless. I miss him so much. I miss his intelligent conversations, his laughter, his smile.... please pray for this disease to be broken in Jesus name...it breaks my heart to think that he would have to be on meds his entire life. To think that he would not experience joy and peace. Please pray for God to give me wisdom and perseverance to help him.
