We have been saving for a down payment for a 2 bedroom condo for a long time. Now we have a chance to buy a 2 bedroom condo and move our family of four out of a 1 bedroom condo. We are in the process of getting pre-approval for a mortgage, but our credit scores and debt utilization is not great due to medical bills and expenses from treatment of our daughter's autism. Please pray that they approve us for a mortgage to buy the condo.
