I'm starting to feel really low because of the strain of caring for my adult daughter with anxiety/OCD. This happens every now and then, when it all just gets too much and I feel overwhelmed. Please do pray I'll get past this current phase and find a way forward. My manager & other members if management have been targeting/victmisiming me at work.
