Requesting prayer for a godly Christian man who could become my husband. Right now, I would be happy just to start with a close, committed friendship, and let it grow from there. I would like someone who will read and discuss the Bible with me, pray with me, attend Church functions together, and be on the same wavelength doctrinally and politically. A tall order to be sure, but nothing is impossible with God. It would also help if we had common interests. There is power in prayer agreement. Please agree with me for mine, and I'll agree with you for your "Mr. Right", too! There are many of us!
Please pray for my daughter-in-law to find a job. She was laid off in Houston TX during the oil crisis that has affected so many people in Texas and Louisiana. She really needs a job to pay for insurance as her cobra benefits end in January. She has two degrees and is a human resource administrative and has been unable to find a job. Last week she applied for a job and 1500 have applied for this job.
We need to pray for all of the people that are out of work and are unable to draw unemployment benefits.
I'm almost ashamed to admit that my only child has not been in touch with me AT ALL for 13 years now. She stormed out the door angry, and has never returned or even phoned me. She was a rebellious teenager, making destructive choices. But she is a prodigal who once knew the Lord as a child, and who read her Bible and went to church. Please pray that the Lord will restore her first to Himself, and then to me. Over the years, ppl have reported to me things about her that are very alarming. I don't want her to die in her sins, estranged from God & me. Please help with prayer! Only hope is God!
Asking for prayers that my computer will be fixed. And that God will provide for me financially during the months of December & January (two months with big expenses.) Please pray also that my social needs, and need for fellowship, will be met. I also need physical healing. And lastly, that God will grant me protection and favor. Blessings, and many thanks.
Please pray that the Lord will make a way for me to have a good Christmas. The holidays are always difficult due to no real family to speak of (both parents are dead; my brother is in Germany), and limited finances. I keep thinking about how different my life would be if my Christian fiance' had lived. He passed away from cancer. I desperately need a place to belong, and someone to love who will love me in return. Thanks for praying.

Darrell is a young husband, father and co-worker who was just given the news that his prostate cancer has returned and spread to his spine, liver and lungs. We need him well and free from this disease. We need a healing miracle. PLEASE PRAY.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict our daughter, our son in law and our 18 yo granddaughter that banishing us from their lives 15 mos ago goes against God's commands. We pray God will bring them back to Him. We pray the Holy Spirit will soften their hearts and give them the ability to accept their share of the blame for the conflict we are experiencing. We don't know why. Being a mother was the most important thing in my life. We are in our 70's and heart sick over this. Pray for the children of the 40 million parents/gparents who are going through this also.

My sister was in the hospital for 22 days and needs a kidney transplant. She will start dialysis soon she doesn't feel well. Her daughter has offered her kidney hopefully she will be a match. Thank you for praying.
Pray God continues to bless my life with my work. He opened this door at the perfect time and I gave up a previous job I loved because I felt He was leading me here. My brother Bryan and his wife are having serious problems. There are 4 children in the mix. She is very insecure, jealous and emotionally unstable. He is a christian, but is caught up in the details and distractions of doctrinal differences, legalism, offence of others and won\'t go to church, which would help his family and him emotionally. This is his 2nd marriage and 3rd live in relationship. He admits he is not prioritizing right. She is physically destructive and manipulative. Has been in and out of psychological care in hospital. It\'s a volatile situation. Please pray for healing.
