I am in need of prayers as I received a rough draft of the divorce papers. It hasn't been file yet by the court. Please pray that God will not let the divorce papers be filed. My husband will have a change of heart. Pray for my husband so he can have clarity in his mind and heart and anoint him with the "oil of joy" as he makes the divorce decision base on his unhappiness. Pray that God be in his presence to help him to let go of the past, repent his sins and ask for forgiveness. Give my husband a new heart and new life. Tomorrow (Oct 23) is my birthday and all I want is for God to stop the divorce papers from filing and restoring and resurrecting our marriage and for God to change me with new heart and new life to be the submissive wife He called me to be for my husband. Please pray that God restore my partner in faith, trust, and love for me. We have had a past full of verbal, mental, and physical abuse that made me turn to another man and was unfaithful to him. He discovered my unfaithfulness and now has a hard time with these issues but, yet continues to have an on and off relationship with me. I am very confused and I continue to love him. I need prayer for restoration in our relationship. I am also looking for a job and haven't had much success. Please pray that I find employment soon and that my finances be restored. I am a single mom of a beautiful, smart, strong willed, imaginative, fun loving 7 year old little boy. His father left us when he was 2 for another woman. He does not have anything to do with his son. I met someone a year later and we were supposed to get married but he left us 3 months ago. I am having a really hard time. My bestfriend is looking for a job. He has been searching for quite some time now. I shared his CV with a HR agency and i was told the CV was perfect. I feel deep down the need to pray for the situation; and as such as of yesterday, i am praying over the issue with fasting, that God may release a job opportunity for him from the Heavens as it is a spiritual issue. The enemy would like to make him feel inferior, and prevent him from meeting his God-given purpose.
I am praying that the Lord may rescue him from the hand of the enemy and his season of pain may come to and end. He is walking daily from morning to evening knocking on company doors in such of a job. Please pray with me.
I am also praying that his hope in the Lord shall be renewed and that he shall mount on wings like eagles and he shall walk and not grow faint. Brothers and sisters, please pray with me that the dry bones in his life shall be awakened. That the Lord who sits on the throne shall restore joy, peace and hope in his life.
That the month of October shall be a month of restoration in his life, in his finances, in provision of a job, in joy, peace and happiness. Please pray for my finances. I need wisdom about employment, and money for college. Pray for my children, that my older ones would be set free from addictive behaviors and return to the Lord. That my youngest would be delivered from unsupervised visits with his father, and that no weapon formed against us would prosper. That his father would repent, and that he and his wife would stop being instruments of satan. That God would lift up my head and defend me.
I think God is revealing some things to me about his will based on scripture. There is some movement going on and although it doesn't appear to be quite what I desire, I know God is still in charge. I've been praying for a restored relationship with my dear friend and part of that prayer was that we truly could be friends and then move forward based on God's guidelines. I realized today that the confusion and anxiety I've been feeling are not coming from God. God is not the author of confusion (I Cor. 14:33). I would like prayers for peace and that I can truly walk step by step with God in trust. He knows the details and He knows my heart's desire. It is becoming clearer that He must do the hard work in the situation, in my emotions and my friend's. Perhaps that is what God is up to now. Also, I'd like prayer that my mother, who has some dementia, would be clear minded and a source of spiritual wisdom and comfort for me as I process my feelings. Thanks for your prayer support. My husband and I have been married since 2013 and have been trying to conceive. We have not yet had success and he wants to give up and is now not sure he wants children. He has two from a previous marriage. We had discussed having children at length before we married as we are both older. I absolutely do not want to divorce, but I also deeply want to have my own children. We are at an impasse. Please pray for God to heal us, bring understanding, peace and save our marriage. I feel I now have to choose between a husband I love and a baby I deeply desire.
