Please pray for me to lose weight, that I start losing 2 pounds a week for the sake of my health and my walk with Christ. Please pray for my blood pressure to go down and for me to go from being pre-diabetic to having normal A1C. Please pray that God heals the root cause of my overeating and that He heals and restore my soul, that I process past grief, trials and trauma with His help and that I walk in health in body, soul, mind and spirit and financially in Jesus Name.
