Pray the Lord’s protection over my adult kids’ hearts and minds. That they would have an ever increasing hunger for more of God and a desire for the truth of God’s word and ways. That they would seek to spend time with Him and to hide His word in their hearts. Pray that their love for God and His ways would surpass their love for anything or anyone in this world. Pray that they would have no attraction to sin and they’d be repelled by anything evil, impure and unholy. Pray they have wisdom and discernment.
I need to get back to work. I have been out of work for months. I need to pass professional certification exams. I need to be able to pay on my student loans.
Pray that I am not terminated from my job; pray that my husband I can can still buy the house we are building.
Lord, sometimes I feel as though I'm falling. I try to walk above the things that threaten to wash over me, but I often feel as though I will be sucked under. I pray that if I start to fall, You will reach out, catch me, and lift me up. Most of all, I pray that my faith will be so strong that You won't ever think of me as having little faith. Give me big faith to believe for the big things You want to do in my life.
